Our client in this case is starting out, with a Software-as-a-Service product that meets a niche demand in the pharmaceutical business.

We can deduce that, our client being a new brand, we are starting with our metrics for Brand Awareness as zeros. No one knows if we even exist except the very few people working on both sides.

Our biggest challenge was to understand how to speak on behalf of a newly-created business with several product substitutes. Nothing 100% like this one for sure, but still close enough and people are not happy but there is no alternative that they know of.

We kick off with a couple of Brand Awareness ads, still-images that emphasize product and brand positioning and creates a little bit of a teaser. Our audience is mainly made of pharmacy owners, especially the chains, all the way to medicine manufacturers.

This helps us form an idea about our numbers for our Facebook Ads metrics: Impressions, Ad Recall Lift (Brand Recognition metric), Reach, Actions to expect from our audience, and the cost of every single metric aforementioned.

Which allows us to understand our customer behaviour and a glimpse of our future spending and what to expect in return. All this data is valuable to our journey.

Now we launch our Lead Generation campaigns and expect rain.

First Month: we launch ads in two countries with creatives (Visuals and Copywriting) focusing on the business and how it wants to be positioned.

This is critical for SaaS businesses because an online brand’s biggest asset is its positioning. It determines how and why they will get users and grow as business. Nothing is offline for users to visit. This is all there is, so we have to be very cautious when amplifying it.
